Products ship in 1 business day (and Saturdays sometimes!) via USPS. Tracking information will be provided the day of shipment and shipping options include Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or First Class (2-5 business days) for the United States and First Class International (arrival will vary).

If the tracking information from the USPS states that your order has not yet been delivered (and it should have by now), then I'll totally work with you to get in touch with USPS and figure out the problem. I won't hold you responsible if the USPS loses your package and if that looks to be the case after we've contacted them, then I'll re-ship or issue a refund.

Unfortunately, once the order shows as "delivered" in the tracking information provided by USPS, I'm not able to assist you any further. If your order has been marked as "delivered" but you feel you haven't received it, I would suggest the following actions:
**contact your local post office
**talk with your mail carrier
**look around your mailbox/door/front porch/reception area (you are looking for a 5x5x5 cardboard box)
**ask your neighbors

Returns and exchange details

Unfortunately due to health reasons, I am not able to accept returns. See my shipping policy for potential refund options regarding packages lost during shipping.


I prefer to reuse packaging from personal purchases. In any given shipment, you may receive an order packaged in bubble wrap, air pillows, Styrofoam peanuts, or brown paper. These are all packaging materials being reused in an effort to reduce waste. If you receive an order packaged in plain tissue paper, then that means I was all out of other packaging to reuse!
